Lodging & Accommodations
The cost of accommodation in Davos during the Annual Meeting can be considerably high, making the choice of lodging a critical decision. Despite the fact that most hotels are typically fully booked by November, our resources extend to a select inventory of chalets and private residences. These accommodations are situated in prime locations within Davos and Klosters, offering convenience and quality.
If you are looking for accommodations, please let us know as soon as possible as availability is extremely limited.
Skiing Excursions
The conclusion of a busy week is an ideal opportunity to experience the beauty of the Swiss Alps through skiing. Recognizing this, we organize group excursions to some of the finest skiing areas in Davos and Klosters on the Saturday and Sunday, following the events. These outings include lunch at scenic locations on the mountains, accommodating both skiers and non-skiers.
Additionally, we can arrange for ski equipment rentals and experienced instructors, should these services be required. This ensures a comprehensive and enjoyable experience for all participants, regardless of their skiing proficiency.
